(1) Pneumatic V-ball valve is composed of pneumatic V-ball valve body, pneumatic actuator and other accessories. It is a right-angle rotary control valve. The V-type ball valve needs no repair for a long time and has a long service life. (2) It has good regulation characteristics: the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve has an approximate equal percentage of the inherent flow characteristics and an adjustable ratio of 300:1. Therefore, the pneumatic V-type ball valve can provide accurate control in a wide range of changes. (3) Flow volume: due to its streamlined shape and full right-angle rotation control, the upper limit of volume is high, the flow capacity is large, and the flow resistance is small, so it can use a small and economical valve size. (4) Pneumatic V-type ball valve adopts double-bearing structure, with high mechanical stability and small starting torque, so that the valve has good sensing speed. (5) Stability: the valve body is an integral structure, which is not affected by pipeline pressure and can prevent the valve body from leaking. (6) Good sealing performance of metal valve seat: pneumatic V-shaped ball valve adopts movable metal valve seat, with compensation function and good sealing performance. In the flow direction, the leakage rate is 10 rated flow coefficient. (7) Good shearing ability: the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve adopts a metal hard sealing structure. During the rotation of the pneumatic V-shaped ball valve core and metal valve seat, the V-shaped notch and the valve seat produce a shearing force that can cut off impurities such as fiber, and has self-cleaning function to prevent the valve from sticking. (8) The pneumatic V-type ball valve has compact structure, small and light weight, convenient installation and maintenance. (9) The pneumatic actuator adopts piston cylinder and crank arm conversion structure, with large output torque and small volume. The actuator adopts fully sealed waterproof design with high protection level. The cylinder block adopts mirror cylinder, without oil lubrication, with small friction coefficient and corrosion resistance. The transmission bearing adopts boundary self-lubricating bearing to prevent the transmission shaft from friction.
