1. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
You can tell me which model samples you need and send me pictures to confirm. Wewill charge you sample cost and shipping cost (ifneed) .
2. How long can I get samples?
Samples will be ready for 3-5 days and will be sent out via express.
3. Can you do the OEM/ODM forus?
Yes. We are warmly welcome OEM orders, We are factory with more than 10 years of OEM or ODM experience.
4. What about the lead time for mass production?
It depends on the quantity and the season you place the order.
The lead time ofMOQ is about 25 to 35 days.
5. What is your terms of delivery?
We are accept EXW, FOB, etc.
You can choose the one which is the convenient or cost-effectivefor you.
6.What are the terms of payments you offer?
Payment of the goods should be set in USD or RMB on the basis of goods
exchanging. Payment of T/T, Western Union, PayPal, Escrow, cash etc. would be accepted.

8. About refund for products:
