SYD-0689 U ltraviolet Fluorescence Sulfur-in-Oil Analyzer
Summary
This instrument is used to determine the total sulfur content by ultraviolet fluorescence method.It Improves the ability of anti-jamming and avoids the complicated operation of titration pool and factors of instability which used Coulometry. So the sensitivity of the instrument is greatly improved. The key components of the system adopt imported components to protect the detector light leakage and steam leakage and makes the machine has a reliable guarantee.

I. Main technical features
1. It adopts computer control technology, automatically finish data acquisition, processing, storage and printing. The linear range of the test is wide, the anti-interference ability is strong, the operation is simple, and the result is stable and reliable.
2. It adopts imported fluorescence excitation source, film dryer, filter and metal package photomultiplier tube, which has high sensitivity, fast speed, stability, high precision and good consistency.
3. The advanced temperature control system is adopted, which has two-stage heating and inner winding tubular electric furnace. The heating is fast and stable, and the instrument has long service life. The temperature control accuracy in the full temperature control range can reach ± 5 ℃, which meets the requirements of the test.
4. It can be used not only to test the sulfur of solid and liquid samples, but also the sulfur of gas samples.
5. Adopting the integrated desk structure design, the heating furnace and controller form a complete whole, novel and beautiful.
There are few test samples and the test time is fast. The test time of each sample is about 2 minutes.
