Vertical counter pressure autoclave
Features:
The counter pressure autoclave is a kind of micro-computer controlled sterilizing equipment in medium-size,it directly fills the water
into the sterilization chamber for electric heating to generate the high pressure steam as the sterilizing cycle required, then the unit
proceeds the sterilization to the articles,the water temperature would rapidly cool down in 3 minutes by the outer connected
compressed air injection after the cycle finished , and the articles temperature in chamber could decreased to 30~40°C.
The unit is program controlled, there are two operation options for choosing: boiling disinfection the sterilizing
temperature of which is lower or equal to 100°C or rapid cooling pressure sterilization the
sterilizing temperature of which is ranged from 105°C~134°C.
The unit is with overload protection and buzzer alarm function after sterilization, easy and
convenient to operate, safe and reliable. It is applicable to the disinfection and sterilization
of food packaging other articles. It is especially suitable for sterility
test in food research institutions
1 . The unit is equipped with immersed electric heating tubes, which are with dry-burning prevention function. It would automatically cut off the heating power if the water level is lower than the specified line, and send alarm signal at the meanwhile.
2. The unit is equipped with timer to control the sterilizing time automatically.
3. This unit is reliable and safe to operation, which is equipped with a safety valve for releasing the pressure over 0.25Mpa automatically, the power would cut off itself if the temperature raised to 140°C , is also with over heat protection, current over-load protection, and interlock protection.
4. The unit is applicable to the disinfection and sterilization of food packaging, utensils, instruments and other articles. It is especially suitable for sterility test in food research institutions
5. The whole unit is made from high-quality stainless steel, has the advantages of corrosion resistance, easy maintenance and long service life.
6. The equipment has the function of automatic water inlet spray cooling, which automatically stops spraying when the chamber temperature is lower than 60 °C .
7. It has the function of automatic counter pressure air inlet. When the sterilization is completed, the counter pressure air inlet valve is automatically opened to keep the chamber pressure no less than
0.2Mpa. When the chamber temperature is lower than 60 °C , the counter pressure air inlet is automatically stopped.
