Heat-welded rail technology

Why we choose this?

The rails of the board are the only area where 2 main components of the board; the deck and the bottom are connected. Therefore, it’s a critical area for air leaking. However the Heat-welding the rails is the only way to avoid a board leaking over after the longer term. We adopt mechanically bonds the rail layers to the inside drop stitch PVC. This makes the board more durable, longer lasting and better for the environment.

UV printing technology

Compared to the traditional silk-screen printing, the UV printing brings us more options when design the paddle boards, no matter how complicated design pattern or colors, it's no problem for us now. Besides this, it makes the printing more clearly without scraping and fade, and also can last longer time.
