As the critical part at the fluid end of slurry pump, the valve assembly is working at high frequency and impact.
The valve seat is produced via solid forging using high-grade alloy steel of20CrMnTi in strict accordance with
process stipulation in order to ensure high smoothness and accurate size. Based on advanced heat treatment
mode, the product can have high strength, toughness and working surface hardness above HRC60. The
sealing elements, which are produced using polyurethane or specific rubber, can have good wear resistance,
long service life and effective usage time above 300 hr.
