First, you need a brush like this one, and it must be a natural bristle brush. The bristles should be hard (

For best results, you could brush once or twice evetyday. Try incorporating your dry brush skin into a
normal routine, such as before the shower in the morning and again after work (avoid drving near
bedtime, as this will leave you feeling energized and sleepy).
The brush should ahvays be directed in the direction of the heart for maximum benefit to the circulation
