1. What the your glass package ? Are they safe ?
Answer :Seaworthy strong plywood crates with paper interleave . The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has 15 years packed, loading and fixation crates with container experience. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading .

2. What is your payment term ?
Answer : Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .
If your glass quantity is less, we want to TT 100% . You can payment By L/C, T/T, Paypal, Western Union and company bank account .

3. Can you supply a free samples ?
Answer : Yes, we can supply the free small size samples for you . In general, If you want us supply the large size samples according to your require , You should be payment a little produce cost .
4. How long time we can get the samples ?
Answer : We send the samples in 3 - 5 days after you confirm .

5. What is your delivery time ?
Answer : Our delivery time about 15 - 20 days after we get the depoist .(For one container)
