Fermentation system
Generally speaking, a 200L brewery system equipment is paired with a 200L fermenter. After mashing is completed in about seven hours, the wort can be introduced into the fermenter through the wort hose by adding oxygen and hops. The fermentation time is 12-20 days, and the specific time should be adjusted according to the taste and crafts man ship of the winemaker.
