Certification
All our products hold certificates and meet EN14920 standards for inflatable amusement equipments. Either for resale or rental business, we are one of your choice by our experience service, commercial quality grade and very good wholesale price.
Question 1. Can I have custom design with personal company logo or wording?
Answer: For all our inflatables, the customized logo and wording is available. And we will confirm the design with you before production, so you will surely get what you want for actual use.
Question 2.What kind of payment do you accept?
Answer: We prefer T/T, West Union. For order < US$5000, we prefer 50% deposit.
Question 3. How long will it take to produce?
Answer: It all depends, large quantity will need more time. We will get start with the design once received the deposit. After the design is confirmed, we will arrange the production. Usually, the production will take about 2-3 weeks.(Exception for urgent order)
Question 4. How long will it take for the delivery?
Answer: By express and air will take about 7 days, while by sea will takes about 25~35 days.
Question 5. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company? Does your company pass any certificates?
Answer: We are a inflatable manufacturer with more than 10 years experience. We have EN14960, ROHS and other certificates.
