5) What If Products Have a Quality Problem ?
Re: First of all, we'll try our best to avoid this, QC 3 teams, 24 workers focusing on it before packing to make sure remove all defective ones. Production manager Spot-Check and we also welcome Inspection from Third Part especially for online seller customer like Amazon. If it unfortunately finally happened with quality problem caused by our mistake, we take full responsibility where ever goods located in.

Packing & Delivery
Delivery Method : DDP by sea, DDP by air, DDP by train, Express Fedex/DHL, full container FOB, CIF.
For Online seller customers like Amazon sellers, our factory usually delivery by sea directly to FBA warehouse with DDP method door to door delivery. Custom Printing giftbox is welcomed for each products.
For Garden Centers, greenhouse, plant wholesaler customers, we usually pack directly with brand printed carton box. Large quantity delivery with full container by sea; sample order by Fedex/ DHL express; test order less than 1000kg use DDP delivery by sea.
