Q6：What are our printing methods?

(1) ROTO GRAVURE print

* Confirm the printing color through the drawings sent to us by customers, and produce printing plates, usually 7-8colors are enough, we make the printing effect more delicate and accurate by printing plates, spot color printing

* After placing the order, we will print the sample film for you for free, so that you can see if the color is accurate

*Printed copies will be retained for 18 months, during which time the printed version will be available for free for subsequent orders as long as the color and design have not changed.

*The characteristics are: the unit price of the pouch is low, you need to print and pay the printing plate fee, it is suitable for repeated ordering and printing High bag requirements

*Suitable for mass production, quantity more than 10000pcs.
(2) Digital printing

* We use the HP indigo 20000 digital press, just like the effect in the printer, one-to-one to restore the printing color, the production time is short, and the order speed is fast.

* The characteristics are suitable for small batches, less than 10000pcs , pouch design varieties,
It is necessary to test the sales effect of luggage orders, urgent orders, and small batch production.

(3) Flexo  printing

* we can make very soft touch bags, made into ordinary materials or recyclable and biodegradable bags

* you can add U-shaped or V-shaped tear notches, air valves, laser tearing line , pocket zippers and spout nozzles, etc. according to your requirements, and there is a professional team that can design drawings for you
