DANA METAL PROFILES FOR DRYWALL PARTITION SYSTEM

• DANA Metal Stud Partitioning system consists of only three major components names Studs, Track and Gypsum Board. DANA Steel’s Drywall Partitioning System is a range of vertical metal studs combined with ceiling and floor tracks that form a frame onto which drywall or plasterboards can be placed. This stud and track system is available in several widths, and have been tested to meet fire, acoustic and structural standards. A particular feature of the studs is their knurled flange surface, which allows for easier and faster screwing of drywalls using drywall screws. This allows the contractor to complete drywalls with the minimum amount of effort. • DANA Ceiling Systems with DANA Main Channel, Furring Channel & Angle provide a compressive solution in the design phase of interior suspended ceilings where ease, speed and premium quality are of utmost importance. DANA Steel’s Furring Channel System is a concealed ceiling system that suspends a hat-shaped grid of furring channel in conjunction with primary support (main channel) and wall trim components onto which plaster board is directly fixed. This allows for a smooth surface that can be kept plain or decorated. Lighting, access panels and ventilation can also be accommodated easily. Two semi automated cranes and four forklifts are available for movement of goods, filled engine oil metal drums , oil filled cartons of all sizes 1L X 12 Carton, 3L X 6 Carton, 4L X 6 Carton, 5L X 6 Carton, 6L X 4 Carton, 4 L X 4 Carton, 3L X 4 Carton within factory. Fleet of vehicles and trucks is available for transportation and loading of goods safely in the containers of sizes 20 feet and 40 feet.

DANA Lubricants has more than 50 people engaged on production floor to ensure smooth running of plant for example Batch Blending, Mixing and heating, Filling of engine oils in packings of various size and testing engine oils for Flash Point, Pour point, Antifreezing, Kinematic viscosity at 40 C & 100 C, CCS Test Cold Cranking Simultation Test, TBN Testing. Lubricantes Engine Oil is filled only after engine oil passes all bench tests and quality tests.
