Q2: How can I get sample?
A: We offer free sample. You just need to pay the postage charges. For customized sample, you need to
pay both sampling and postage charges. If the order is placed, you can deduct the charges from the
deposit.
Q3: Can I have my own customized product?
A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, design and package are welcome.
Q4: What is the delivery time?
A: The order will be dispatched in 15-30 days after receiving payment. However, it varies upon item to
item. We have quick turnaround time for some products as well.
