Noni fruit or Morinda citrifolia fruit is a fruit from Morinda citrifolia tree which appears mainly across Southeast Asia and Australasia. According to the study, the dried fruit contains many components such as vitamin C, iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium, calcium, organic acids, carotene, and many types of amino acids. Using this material properly will bring many health benefits. There are so many products about health care, beverage, beauty,… with the main ingredient from this amazing fruit.
Morinda citrifolia tree, after 8 to 12 months will bear fruit, it is high time for harvesting Noni fruit. Then they will be transported to the factory and ready for the drying process
Noni Dried processing includes 3 main steps:
• Step 1: Rinse the noni fruit and remove it to drain
• Step 2: Use a sharp knife to double the creases vertically
• Step 3: Spread pre-processed noni fruit into a tray or grill, bring it to the sun to dry or dry. Usually after about 3-4 sunny days, the fruit will dry completely. At this time, the fruit will turn black, hard, rough, with yellow or brown inside visible seeds.
