Vulcanized spliced endless chevron pattern rubber conveyor belt
Rubber conveyor belts with smooth surface are normally limited to applications of no more than 15-18º angle. Steeper angles call for belts with cleated or ribbed surfaces that prevent bulk material or unit loads from sliding backward.
Different types chevron pattern conveyor belt is composed of the chevron patterned working side and the flat plain non-working side.
Features of chevron patterned conveyor belt:
1.belt core material:cotton canvas(CC),nylon(NN) canvas,polyester(EP) canvas.
2.belt width:300-1600mm
3.number of fabric layer:2-8 ply
4.thickness of cover rubber:working side:1.5-7.0mm,non-working side:1.5-4.5mm.
5.height of the stripes:5mm.10mm,15mm,20mm.also can be designed according to customer's deferent acquirements.
6.usages:suitable for conveying materials at angle 0-40°, prevent materials from sliding down.
7.low power consumption,high working efficiency
shapes of the patterns:
chervon/herringbone,stripes,granulous,fan-shaped,etc.also can be made by customer's design.
Because of the difference of the materials and the transporting inclination angle, the shape and height (depth) requirements of the pattern is also different.
Usage of chevron pattern conveyor belt:
It is suitable for conveying bulk materials at large inclination angles,it can prevent materials from slipping down efficiently.
