Components of the production line
Folding machine
This equipment mainly deals with the first stage of production: folding and humidifying the non-woven fabric;
Its capacity is about 4200-5040 pieces/min, 420 cuts/min
Packing machine
The equipment mainly deals with the second stage of production: packaging, such as wrapping film, labeling, sealing and venting;
Its capacity is about 65 packs/min.
Lid applicator
This equipment mainly deals with the last stage of production: sticking the lid to get the finished product;
Its capacity is about 70 pieces/min.
