The name Mountain Kingdom Drops explains the endowment of our beautiful mountainous kingdom “WATER.”MKdrops was founded on the ideal that water is life, thus the quality and quantity of water available for consumption determines the quality of life for all mankind. Thus MKdrops, from its inception, was founded with the sole purpose of providing quality water in quantities that guarantee reliable enjoyment of life for our clientele.

We source water from Sehlabeng from the spring called Pompong. This cool and rejuvenating spring is situated on the best water fountains that Mother Nature can provide our kingdom. According to the elders, the name Pompong came about due to abundance of water.Pompong has been certified to always have abundant water even during the driest of seasons. The water has been tested and certified as safe for human consumption by the University of the Free State under the South African National Standards (SANS). Lesotho does not have safe drinking water standards. Instead, it uses those it borrows from South Africa, which has a number of accredited Ground Water testing institutions inclusive of the University of Free State. Based on SANS 241:2006 & 2015 for drinking water, Pompong spring water was thus declared clean, pure and ready to drink directly from the source and without undergoing any process. Mkdrops has thus made a promise and commitment to deliver its customers with this water, bottled straight from the source “Pompong”, with only simple filtering to guarantee cleanliness. Mkdrops tests its water from time to time to make sure our water still complies with the standards.
