ITECH PPM-C400BS Pick And Place Machine has built-in WIN7 system industrial computer, eight sets of high-resolution CCD industrial camera vision correction system, and online 6-head synchronous correction production and placement. The transmission mechanism is equipped with Panasonic high-resolution servo drive and motor, Shangyin linear guide, TBI ball screw and THI grinding screw, which can maintain long-term high-precision and stable placement. 64-bit YAMAHA pneumatic feeder, support CSV coordinate file import and editing, maximum 500*400mm PCB placement. Suitable for high-precision mounting of conventional RC, LED lamp beads, IC, BGA and other components, suitable for automated mass production.
