Introduction of Chocolate Bar Making Machine
The chocolate bar making machine can both be used for the production of single color, two colors (left and right) and pastes central fling chocolates. These two models have fully automatic functions of mouldspre-heating, depositing, moulds vibrating, cooling, de-moulding and conveying, and adopt PLC control system.
This Center Filling Chocolate Depositor is suitable for customers with small and medium production needs.
This machine is a modular depositing machine, which can be used alone or in combination, and can be configured with molds heater, vibrations, and vertical cooling tunnel and the demoulding device to form a whole fully automatic depositing line, and any independent mechanism that meets customer needs such as pellets and biscuits can be combined in series to realize automated production.
You can also repair and move the equipment at will according to the customer.
Single Head Chocolate Depositing Machine
can produce single-color, left-right two-color and paste sandwich chocolate products. It is a set of baking mold, pouring, vibrating, cooling, demolding and conveying.
Double Heads Chocolate Depositing Machine
can also produce left and right two-color chocolate. It integrates drying mold, secondary casting, secondary vibration mold, secondary cooling, demoulding and conveying.
