4 Q: What's the lead time for sampling?
A: 1-7 days depends on different products.
And lead time is 10-15 days for items which need to open new mold.
5 Q: Can we get free samples?
A: Sure, we can offer sample free of charge to support you as a good business start, and you just need to pay the express cost.
6 Q: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
A: We make sample for your approval before production and we will start production based on the same quality you confirm,
this way will prevent defective.
