A: We are a first hand factory in China since 1999.
Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?
A: Sample Time: 3-7 working days.
A: Sure, our samples could be sent for evaluation at any times.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Bulk Order: Because all of our products are customized, so we have no inventory, usually our delivery time is 25-40 working days.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Usually we accept Western Union/Paypal for sample payment, T/T and Trade Assurance for bulk order
Payment ≤ 2000 USD, we'd like to receive the whole amount in advance because of handling charges.
Payment ≥ 2000 USD, 40% T/T in advance, balance before shipment, take pictures for confirmation.
