IDM MCC200 tunnel three-defense IP telephone

IDM MCC200 is a waterproof, dustproof, and explosion-proof IP phone that can connect to standard SIP softswitch systems for interoperability. It can also be used in conjunction with dispatch consoles to implement point-to-point calls, broadcast calls,multicast calls, forced disconnection, forced insertion, transfer, monitoring, conferencing, recording, roll call, polling,alarming, and other dispatch operations for individual phones.
With the help of loudspeakers, the sound amplification and broadcasting function can be realized. With the help of broadcast dispatchers, unicast, multicast, broadcast, real-time broadcast, scheduled broadcast, time-triggered broadcast, and hourly time announcement can be realized.

Structural characteristics

(1) Three anti-IP telephone shell is made of anti-static ABS plastic, waterproof, dustproof, anti-corrosion, protection level up to IP54.
(2). The three-guard telephone is dual-use for table and hanging, and the newly developed fork spring switch mechanism is adopted.There are no movable parts on the IP phone.
(3) The three-proof IP telephone keyboard is a fully sealed key, and is equipped with emergency call, hang up and redial keys.

Method of use

1.Answer the phone: When there is a call from an outside line, the phone will ring. Lift the handle from the handle card and the disconnect the phone to start the call. When the call is finished, put the handle back on the handle card and the phone will hang up.
2.To make a call, lift the handle up from the phone and then hang up to dial. When you hear the ringtone, wait for the other person to answer. If you want to dial a new number, press the "hang up" button and dial after hearing the dial tone.
After the call is completed, place the handle back on the handle card, and the phone will be hung up.
Note: When making or receiving a call, the handle cannot be placed on the handle card, otherwise the call will automatically hang
up. After the call is completed, the handle must be placed back on the handle card for the next call.
3.Emergency call
(1)When an emergency situation arises, lift the handle from the phone and press the "emergency call" button to directly
communicate with the dispatcher. Generally, users are not allowed to press the "emergency call" button.
(2)Only when the dispatcher has an emergency call function, can the phone realize emergency call. The phone can set the emergency call number according to the dispatcher it is connected to. When the dispatcher receives an emergency call, it can give an audible and visual alarm.
(3)The terminal can also receive emergency calls from the dispatcher, and will sound a special ringtone when receiving an
emergency call.

Construction site three-protection loudspeaker broadcast terminal

The IDM MCC200A site addressable three-proofing telephone, radio, and monitoring information fusion all-in-one machine can be connected to the SIP softswitch system, allowing real-time intercom or group broadcast through video telephones or mobile phone apps, and allowing the user to view images from nearby cameras on the terminal.
With the broadcast server, cloud broadcasting can achieve the following functions:
Scheduled broadcast: Play audio files or broadcast files at a preset time.
Regional broadcasting: The dispatching console groups terminals in any broadcasting area, and each group can independently play different audio sources.
Broadcast paging: Broadcast calling for various information in the whole region, multiple regions, and single region.
Terminal broadcast and shouting: All SIP terminals (SIP phones or softphones) can shout and broadcast according to their
permissions by calling the number of the broadcast gateway or the number of the broadcast group.
Two-way intercom/emergency intercom: By pressing the button on the broadcast dispatcher console, you can directly initiate a two-way intercom with a designated duty extension, which will automatically answer hands-free.

Application:

Usage method:

. (1) Answering the phone When an external call comes in, the telephone rings. Lift the handle from the handle card and pick up the phone to talk. When the call is over, put the handle back on the handle card and the phone will hang up.
(2). Make a call Lift the handle from the phone, pick up the phone, and dial the number when you hear the dial tone. Wait for the caller to answer the ring back tone. If you hear a busy tone, press the redial button to redial the last number. If you want to dial a new number, press the "Hang Up" key and dial after hearing the dial tone.
When the call is over, put the handle back on the handle card and the phone will hang up.
Note: Do not place the handle on the handle card when talking or asking someone to answer the phone, otherwise the phone will automatically hang up. When the call is over, you must put the handle back on the handle card for the next call.

Emergency call

n When an emergency occurs, lift the handle from the phone and press the Tight Call key. The user can talk to the dispatcher directly. In general, the user must not press the "tight call" key.
n Emergency calls can be made only when the dispatcher has the emergency call function. The phone can receive emergency call frequency signals based on the frequency that the dispatcher can receive. Set an emergency call signal frequency in the range 0-9 and A-D.

Care and maintenance

(1) Work strictly according to the conditions of use to avoid strong vibration and impact of the telephone.
(2). The three-proof telephone should be regularly repaired in the well, focusing on the maintenance of tight call, signaling,
communication and bell collection;
(3) Three telephone with emergency call function, close call number B (frequency combination: 770Hz, 1633Hz);
