Product Description
A shredder is a machine used for coarse shredding. It is generally used to process unprocessed raw materials or scraps in the recycling industry to make them smaller in size. Compared with other crushers, the cutter shaft speed is low, the noise is low, and the energy consumption is low.
Double shaft shredder structure:
1. Main body of the crusher: The two main bodies are made of high-quality steel plates welded to eliminate stress/integrated machining to ensure the stability of the equipment under long-term heavy loads.
2. Bearing/Seal: The bearing seat adopts a split-and-disassemble type, which can quickly remove the movable knife, fixed knife bearing and other parts, making it easy to maintain and replace the knife. The sealing structure effectively blocks the contact between broken objects and grease, and can also protect liquid materials. Bearings and gears, etc.
3. Moving knife/fixed knife: The moving knife material is made of special alloy tool steel forged blank, machined with multiple heat treatments and low-temperature freezing heat treatment technology. The overall toughness and hardness are consistent and can be repaired and used repeatedly, ensuring cutting performance and service life. The fixed knife adopts hook-type installation to optimize the tool replacement function.
4. Cutter shaft: It is made of high-strength heavy-duty special steel and is reasonably matched with the cutting tool to provide power for cutting. The main shredding objects of the shredder are as follows:
