FAQs for capsule bed

1. The difference of capsule size, model, accessories, smart door and non-smart door

The non-smart door is a simple curtain with a pull curtain type. The product specifications are divided into horizontal and vertical capsule.

The smart door refers to the door into which the card is swiped. It also has a safe manual door opening button in the capsule, which is convenient to use in case of power failure.

2. About the material: Common Taiwan ChiMei Material, difference between v2 and v0 and also price differences.

Ordinary imported ChiMei ABS material itself is a fireproof material, and different for V2&V0 is that the flame retardant time is different.

Ordinary ABS material: Environmentally friendly materials. Non-°©toxic, Tasteless and Anti-°©Oxidation

V2: grade flame retardant 5-°©6 seconds

V0: flame retardant about 10 seconds

Ordering standards for common ABS materials and V2, V0:

V2 and V0 material requires more than 20 PCS, and original ABS material can provide lower quantity order, such as 1 PCS.

3. About certification:

USA FCC certification ,it will take 14 working days

German CE certification, it will take 21 working days

Australia SAA certification ,it will take 30 working days

12v low voltage circuit board certification, Rheinland raw material certification

If customer has requirements for local certification, we can do certification according to customer's requirements, but MOQ for the capsule is 100 PCS. Or customers can  pay for the certification by themselves, when the order quantity reach 100 PCS, we can refund the certification cost.

4. About warranty:

Two-year warranty for accessories, the capsule lifetime is 15-20 years, and there is no warranty for this. If the capsule damaged in transit, we will compensate for the new accessories for free, but not including the shipping costs.

During the warranty period, electronic products are uniformly arranged and repaired by our company. And the cost is free. If new replacement is required, our company can also provide. For some parts, such as TV, customer can also purchase in local place due to the high product cost &high shipping cost. If need on-site services, our company will arrange for personnel to come to the door for maintenance. After the expiration date, customers can purchase the accessories from us and shipping cost also refer to the customers.

5. About shipping:

The current quotation is ex-factory price, excluding local fees and any transportation costs. Customers can use their own logistics and transportation, or let our company arrange the transportation, and we will quote the actual cost.

6. About package:

At the moment, we all use carton package box, if any special needs will be charged according to actual conditions.

7. About TV: (Please refer to the accessory price for the specific price)

Customers can purchase regular TVs or use our customized Smarty branded advertising TV. It can customize different advertising requirements according to customers' demand. Prices will be priced according to customers' requirements.

8. About how to join Smarty, and what Smarty is:

Smarty is our brand of space capsule hotel chain. It integrates product design, production, hotel design, hotel planning, hotel customer management system, hotel property, personnel training and hotel image management. It is a one-stop solution for hotel products, decoration and recruitment, training, customer data management, advertising marketing, property management and other issues. It allows hoteliers to manage their hotels more easily and efficiently while allowing them to have a better experience.

9. About product customization:

We divide the two models at the market development end:

1) Sell our own designed products. It takes about 6 months from the design to mold development and to mass production.

2) We can customize the products according to customers' requirements, but we will charge for the development of molds. We will develop new products based on the needs of our customers, and when we collect the cost of the mold, we will also sign a NDA with the customer. The product can't sell to other customers. When the order quantity  reach 500 PCS, we will refund the mold development cost. It takes about 6 months for the time to develop the mold to mass production. If only change some parts of the products, we will charge a portion of the cost of developing the mold, but the customer no longer has exclusive sales rights for the entire product.

10. About accessories:

We can help to purchase some accessories according to the requirements of customers, such as oxygen machines, air purifiers, headphones, televisions, vending machines, floor lamps, tables, cutlery, sofas, and so on ,all hotel supplies.

11. About fire extinguishers:

We do not recommend purchasing fire extinguishers from China as it will not be transportable.

12. About joining and exclusive agency:

If necessary, we will send exclusive agents and affiliated documents to the customer after the show. According to different requirement of the customers, such as order quantity, we will give different discounts and rebates. We will provide unified training for our franchisees. We can discuss more after the show.

13. About visiting factory:

You can see our sample showroom and future Smarty pod brand hotel, model hotel. They will be in Singapore and Germany. The time will be in the second half of this year.

14. About the relationship between Smart pod and Starsdove:

The Smarty brand is a new type of soybean meal hotel established by three companies in Germany, Singapore, and China. We have a three-way cooperation and a different division of labor.

Germany is responsible for the development and maintenance and training of Smarty brand hotel promotion and customer management systems.

Singapore is responsible for design and international sales.

China is responsible for production and after-sales services and international sales.

15. About product installation and on-site installation:

Our company do not include on-site installation services, we will send the product installation video to the customer,customer can install the products according to the video, if any problems ,we can support online help . If customer require on-site installation, he needs to bear the cost of returning the ticket and hotel accommodation. Specific will be based on local consumption decisions.

16. About mattress customization:

The bedding is divided into ordinary and memory cotton, and the sheets can be customized according to the customer's requirements: waterproof, anti-bacterial, material, etc., according to customer requirements, the prices will be different.

17. About container outdoor hotel customization:

1) The container can be directly modified according to customer drawings.

2) Can made from light steel structure and sheet , and assembled into a container hotel.

According to the customer's requirements for different materials, the price will be  different. Specifically based on customer drawings for quotes.

18. About capsule bed color customization:

Customer can change the color of the capsule according to their own requirements, but the order quantity need to be more than 50 PCS. And, special color processes are different, some colors cannot be produced uniformly, and different prices will be provided according to different processes.

19. About the price:

We will give you corresponding discount according to your order situation. We will make relevant quotations to the customer before order confirmation.

20. About the capsule safety door:

Most of our smart gates currently use cards, and some use passwords and cards. If the customer has their own requirements, we will send the customer management system to them. Customer can change the card usage time, effective time, report loss, password replacement and other actions in the customer service system. It will be based on customer requirements. Made in English, and it applies to all countries.

21. Time for installing the capsule:

If the customer has never installed it, it will take about 12 hours for one capsule bed.

Mini model (Asia), standard model (Europe and America)

Mini upgrade version (color of 5 mirror lights, 3 fans)

Upgrade standard model (Europe,5 mirror headlights, 3 fans)

Three-storey bed (1 capsule, and 2 iron frame beds, bottom iron frame bed can be used)

Office family section (office and wardrobe at the bottom and sleeping compartment at the top)

Airport capsule (can be equipped with ordinary lift bed, or massage bed for airport rest, electric curtain)

23. About the height of the bed:

(The bottom of the bed is usually a steel frame with a height of 10mm above the ground, which can be increased to 30mm according to customer's requirements. A drawer will be configured at the bottom.) If only need to change the height, there is no extra charge. If the bottom drawer needs to be configured, it will be charged according to the ordered material and size.

24. About Ceiling, Wardrobe, Wash Basin, Shower Room Customization:

At the moment, we can customize the matching products such as : wardrobes, ceilings, wash basins and shower rooms will be customized according to the amount of customers, please refer to the accessories quotation form.

25. About purchasing backpanels and sidepanels:

If the capsules of the hotel are connected together and back against the wall, we recommend that customers can only need to purchase the upper and lower side panels on both sides for a total of four.

When the capsules are not against the wall or back-to-back, or connected, there is no way to cover exposed iron frames, customers can purchase side panels and back panels according to their requirements, which will look nicer, and the wires and iron frames will not expose outside.

26. About soundproofing:

Customers can order capsules with soundproofed cotton according to their requirements. Soundproofing cotton will be offered as an accessory to customers.

We can send size L2000mm*W1500mm*H40mm soundproof cotton according to customer's requirements, but need to avoid cutting in sensitive areas such as wires and power, and then place it on the bottom, sides, top and back of the capsule (We recommend not to put soundproof cotton on the back panel due to the power cord)

27. Which countries have been sold so far and what are the representative customers :

Our current customers are from the United States, Russia, Singapore, Iceland, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the United Kingdom etc.. Please refer to ppt case sharing for details.

28.About hotel opening standards in different countries:

Our hotel standards in Germany can be used as part of the reference standard.

29. About the function of Smarty TV:

At present, Smarty TV can implement touch function, Bluetooth function, mobile screen, wifi, and can connect google, YouTube. The TV can also implement hotel advertising settings and surrounding food recommendations, tourist attractions and other features.

30. About electricity:

The entire capsule adopts 110v-220v voltage to convert the direct current into 12v low voltage electricity by the voltage converter. Only one degree of electricity will be needed in one compartment per day.

31. About airport capsule:

The door can be made as electric doors or manually pull curtain door according to customer requirements. Due to the timing of the exhibition, this one is without the door.

A simple folding bed can be placed in the airport capsule and also a massage chair.

According to customer's requirements, we can help to configure: ipad / mobile phone / laptop fixed holder, air purifier / small oxygen machine, bedding, table, etc.

32. About the display light and display number plate:

All capsules have display lights. According to customer requirements,we will display red lights when someone use it and display a green light when the capsule is available.

33. About sterilization:

34. Our accessories can be matched to customers: ozone sterilization processor with USB interface, or negative ion air purifier with USB interface, which can measure and display PM2.5. Price is $38 and $98 respectively.

34.About the replacement of the password and swipe card lock:

We can provide customers with password and credit card lock function, and the replacement cost is $20.
