Comprised of an inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements (balls or cylindrical rollers),the bearings effectively absorb and support axial and radial forces and the resulting tilting moments.

It can be used for slewing conveyer, welding manipulator, light & medium duty crane, excavator, and other construction machinery.

The single row crossed roller bearing is composed of two seat rings, which design in compact structure and light weight, the clearance is small when assembly, so need high precision. The roller is 1:1 cross arranged, it can bear the axial force, tilting moment and relatively large radial force. It is widely used for hoisting, transportation, construction machinery, and the military products.

They are normalizing and tempering, According to the different applications, there are two ways of quenching. They're whole tooth quenching and single-tooth quenching. Single-tooth quenching can be divided into tooth surface & root quenching and tooth surface quenching.

Static load capacity

The determined loads must be multiplied with a factor fstat allocated to the application. The product Fa' or Mk' must be below the static critical load curve of the selected bearing.

With regard to radial loads in load combinations

Fa = axial load
Fr = radial load
