Working Principles
1. The working principle is shearing, grinding and high-speed stirring. Grinding relies on the relative movement of the two gear shapes. One rotates at a high speed and the other at rest, so the material passing between the gear surfaces is subjected to great shear and friction, at the same time, the material is effectively dispersed, emulsified, crushed and homogenized under the action of high-frequency vibration, high-speed rotating pot and other complex forces.
2. The paste grinder is composed of three parts: grinding head part, base transmission part and electric motor. All the parts in contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel. The dynamic and static grinding discs are the key parts of the machine. The gear shape of the grinding discs is different according to the nature of the processing materials, but the materials are all made of stainless steel tools. The motor is specially designed according to the needs of the sauce grinder, and a water retaining plate is added to the flange end cover of the motor to prevent leakage.
