Inline Helical Gearbox
Our R Series inline helical gearbox comes with a grade cast iron housing and high-strength steel gears. You can use them with the inline helical gearbox. This gearbox can be powered by either a DC or AC supply source. For safe operations, the helical gearboxes are flameproof with brake motor options. As a premier inline helical gearbox & gear reducer manufacturer, we understand the convenience and efficiency an in-line transmission guarantees. All our inline helical gearboxes and motors are easy to maintain and replace. With our helical gearbox, you can attain a wide range of output torque (200 – 1800 Nm), ratio (3.33 – 287.74), mounting position (M1 – M6), and rating power (0.18 kW – 160 kW). We have a wide of inline helical gear motors/gearboxes to choose from.
R series helical inline gearbox has a high-rigidity cast-iron box with ribs; the hard-toothed face gear is made of high-quality alloy steel, the surface is hardened by carburizing and quenching, the grinding teeth are finely processed, the transmission is stable, the noise is low, the bearing capacity is large, the temperature rise is low, and the service life is long.
