Product Paramenters
The welding rotator is widely used in the assembly, grinding and welding of pipes, boilers and tanks. The welding rotator can be matched with welding manipulator and welding power to form an automatic welding center. Reduce the welding labor of workers, improve production efficiency and welding quality.
The conventional welding rotators are consists of power rotator 、passive rotator and electrical control. The wheels of conventional rotators can be adjusted on the base frame to accommodate different vessel diameters.The wheels of conventional rotators distance can be adjusted by screw .
If you have special requirements, the power welding rotator and the passive welding rotator can be moved on the track, and the distance between them can be adjusted to weld cylinders of different lengths.

characteristics, super overload capacity and unparalleled flexibility. The linear speed of the roller is 100-1000 mm/min, the adjustment response accuracy is high, and the speed operation is stable and reliable.

The high-standard electrical control box has neat wiring and clear grounding signs.The operation panel has the functions of forward、reverse and stop. The speed is adjusted by the rotary button and displayed on the display screen.
