1. How can I get a quote?
Before we quote, kindly let me know such information below:
The Providing of customized shop or technical drawing if any
The thickness of the Aluminum Profile
The surface finishing of the doors or windows
The specification like thickness and color of glasses
The special required specification of hard - wares if any.
2. What's the lead time for the order?
For sampling, app. 7-15days after drawing is confirmed;
For mass production order, app. 25-30days after drawing is confirmed.
3. What is your term of delivery?
EXW Factory. But we can also support for FOB and CIF terms if needed.
4. How can I d o the a ctual m easurements of my d oors and w indows?
Pls kindly contact our sales person or leave your message on Trade Manager and we can support you immediately to give you professional guidance .
5. Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, each process of production will be inspected by QC department before shipping and we also welcome for any third-party quality check on site.
6. Can you accept OEM orders ?
Yes, we not only accept OEM but also ODM, JDM, Project based orders and small quantity as a trial order is acceptable.
7. Can I get a free sample?
Sure, we can offer free sample for aluminum sections of our aluminum doors and windows and even the color samples but shipping cost has to be charged.
