Q: Can i order samples? Are they free of charge?
A: Yes, we do sample orders, sample fees are needed, but we will treat the sample fees as deposit, or refund it to you in bulk order.
Q: How about the quality warranty?
A: We have strict control of quality from material to shipment, use top grade CTN as our standard packing, surface
will be wrapped by PE form or bubble wrap, if you find our products damaged in the container, free ones will be offered within next order.
Q: What payment terms you usually do?
A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy by TT or LC. Trade assurance is available too.
Q: What's the MOQ and delivery time?
A: The moq of our products is 100pcs/color/model, the delivery time is 15-20days after deposit. Some of them are in stock please contact us before place an order.
