Is your package safe for food contact?
A: Our material is tested safe for food contact with FDA standard. Test report can be provided upon request.
Q:
What kind of printing technology do you use?
A: We have 2 type of printing technology, flexographic and rotogravure printing.For fiexographic printing, it can be used for simpler patters without shadow and gradient. its setup cost islower.
On the other hand, rotogravure printing offers excellent printing quality, can print complicated patterns andeven photo in high resolution. However, its set up cost and minimum order quantity is higher. For laminatedbags, only rotogravure printing can be used.
Q:
How long does it take for the bags to be produced?
A: Nomally it will be ready for shipment 14-21 working days from approval of production. Production lead timewill be longer depending on the complexity and quantity of project.
Q: What are the minimum run quantities?
A: Minimum run quantities depend on the complexity of printing, types of bags and material. Please contact us so we can assist you.
Q: What type of file should l provide if l need to custom print the bags?
A:
Adobe llustrator (Al) file is required for custom print. lf you have a graphic which needs to be converted into Al file, we can help to convert it with a minimal fee.

Are there any artwork modification services?
A:
Yes! We can provide artwork modification services for you with minimal fee. Simply provide the artwork andtell us the requirement, then we can help you to modify the size, color and so on.
Q:
Can l get samples?
A: Free samples of our previous products can be provided free of charge (shipping cost excluded). if you want samples of your custom size and printing, we can make it for you with a minimum fee.
