Kamado Benefits
1. Ecological and Economical

4. Quick start-up

5 .Flavor

Meat that you cook on a kamado gets that fantastic wood-fired flavor! That’s because you’re using real quality lump charcoal in your kamado. This gives your food a wonderful wood fire flavor, which you can never achieve with a gas grill.

6. Accurate temperature control

1. Our kamado has been tested for air tightness;
2. A precise thermometer on the grill monitors the temperature.
3. Simply allow more or less oxygen by setting the upper and lower vents.
How to use?
1. Open all vents.
2. Place recommended number of lump charcoal into the fire box and light starter. Allow 10-15 minutes for charcoal to light.
3. Put cooking grid on the top of the fire ring. Close lid and adjust top vent and draft to allow grill to reach the desired cooking temperature.
4. About 10-20 minutes later, put food on the cooking grid, take care of the inside temperature of the grill, and make some adjustment according to the thermometer.
5. Few minutes later, the food willbe well cooked.
