Product Description
Redispersible Emulsion powder, also known as VAE Chemical or RDP Chemical, is a powder binder made from a special emulsion (high molecular polymer) spray-dried. The VAE/RDP powder can be quickly dispersed to form an emulsion after solving into water, and has the same properties as the initial emulsion, that is, a film can be formed after the water evaporates. This film has high flexibility, high weather resistance and good adhesion to various material, is an essential functional additive for dry-mix mortar.
Physical Properties
The finished product is a solid powder with white or light yellow appearance, bulk density of 450-600g/l, PH of 6-8, non-volatile matter of ≥98.0%, and minimum film forming tempearture of 0-5℃.
