Product introduction of PUR

In terms of raw material proportioning and process output, Duowei PUR products employ the globally advanced six-component online automatic operation (SIMENS) mixing and pouring technology and have realized six-component continuous foaming for the first time in China. With the technology, mixing and proportioning process may be finished in an online way in a single time; the formula may be adjusted according to the environmental changes; air feeding and mixing devices may be used to make raw material mixing more even and foam finer, thus producing high-strength, energy-saving and environment friendly building boards.

Application

It is suitable for the various roofs and walls referring to the large-size factory buildings, storages, exhibition halls, gymnasiums, freezing stores, cold room, purifications workshops, which features tem-keeping, heat insulation, weight-bearing, weather proof with the rich colorfulness and good appearance. PU boards adopts quality raw material from BASF which guarantees the quality of foamed boards. The board is formed in one time by pressure injection machine with color steel sheet or stainless steel sheet.
