We will arrange the worker to trial assemble the stair before delivery to make sure that the stair fitted.If there are any problems, we will fix it. But stairs will be sent in separate parts for shipment and packing. Below are some test assembled pictures. If you want to know more, please contact us freely.
Installation: DIY Install, no welding work needed, just screws.
Packing Details: plywood case for glass panel; carton&bubble film for accessories.
Delivery Details:35-45 days after the shop drawing confirmed.

A: Generally it is 35-45 days after shop drawing confirmed
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer small samples for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What information should we provide to proceed the quote?
A: Please send us the project drawing if you have. Or please let us know the measurements. Some construction site pictures will be great helpful.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 50% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
