No, all our essential oils are refined and extracted in strict accordance with the standards of the fragrance association, and we passed the ROHS (International Environmental Directives) and REACH (163 tests on human hazardous substances).
Q2: Can you provide samples with my logo? How long will it take?
Yes, we can produce customized samples, and will return sample charge if order confirmed base on our agreement. It usually takes 3-5 days to make samples, but still depends on the detailed demands on quantity, specifications and workmanship.
Q3: What is the MOQ of your products?
The MOQ depends on your requirements on the products specifications for material, color, size, and trims.
Q4: What is your payment term?
We accept T/T, Paypal (for samples only), LC. 30% deposit, 70% balance by BL copy.
Q5: How to deal with the faulty?
