A1 : We can send a similar free stocked sample for you to check our quality first , you just need to pay the shipping fee ;
A2 : For the custom sample , our sample fee is depend on your design and fabric requirements .
So pls kindly send your design to us for checking the accurate sample price .
3, The sample charge refundable or not ?
A: Yes , we can refund your sample cost when you place mass order .
4, What is your time of making samples and mass order?
A: Sample order usually is 2 to 7 workdays, depend on your design and fabric requirements. Mass order usually is 10-18 days and
depond on the final quantity .
5. Can you custom Private Label, Hang tag and PP bag with my own logo ?
A: Yes, we can
6, Which file do you want for the design ? How to get artwork?
A: AI and PDF file is the best , or PSD file , or TIF file , or you can send the high quality picture to us , our professional design team will make the printing file for your confirmation .
