1.What is working voltage of the sign ? Do i need an power supply?
Yes, all signages are 110-240V input, 12V output, so need a transformer, we will provide it.
2.How can I customize a sign for my store ?
If you have vector artwork design of your sign, send it to us by email,EPS, AI, CDR format both OK, write down all your detailed requirement as well,such as size, lighting color,font, material, shell painting color and so on. We will calculate price according
to your requirement. We will also give you some suggestions according to our experience and our catalogue for you chosing if necessary..
3.How long time i can receive my sign ?
Usually we need 5- 7 days to produce a set of sign. Internal express (offcial DHL / FedEx )door to door service will take 3 - 7 days to different countries.
4.Do you offer free sample for test first?
We can offer small free sample but need you take the shipping cost by yourself.
5.How to install the sign ?
If the sign without LED, use silicon sealant to attach the sign to wall or screw on wall.
If the sign with LED, need to make holes for wire connecting from backside, then use silicon sealant to attach the sign to
install board or direct to wall by screws.We will offer 1:1 installation paper drawing and installing accessories.
6.Do you offer guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products in wide ranges.
7.What is your payment terms?
You can pay by bank transfer,Western Union or Paypal. 100% paid before producing or 50% deposit and balance paid before shipping.
8.My sign will be used in outdoor, are they waterproof?
All the material we used are anti-corrosion and led inside the sign are waterproof. The power supply we offer for outdoor is IP67.
