The open-pit down-the-hole drilling rig is a piece of equipment that has been upgraded and improved in response to the country's diesel engine emission requirements. Equipped with Yuchai Power’s off-road four-cylinder National III engine, it meets national emissions and environmental protection requirements. It adopts folded crawler frame and engineering four-wheel belt, and adds crawler leveling and plunger travel motor to increase the working pressure and increase its climbing performance. The pitch and lift cylinders are enlarged to meet the requirements for use at their extreme positions. It adopts dual motor rotation to increase the rotation torque and speed, increase the lifting cylinder and chain, and improve the lifting force and reliability.
The drilling rig is equipped with an automatic rod receiving and unloading system, a drill rod floating slide module, a drill rod lubrication module, an anti-stuck drill system, a hydraulic dry dust collection system, a heating and cooling air-conditioned cab, etc., and optional drilling angle and depth indication functions. .
