N51 is an industrial-grade 3G cellular module supports GSM and WCDMA. With an LGA package, its dimensions are only 30.0 mm x 28.0 mm x 2.5 mm. It has industrial-grade high performance and is suitable for the development of wireless meter reading terminals, industrial control, handheld POS, and other IoT equipment.

N51 series include multiple variants. Table 1-1 lists the variants and frequency bands supported.
