2. Can Vinyl floor use for commercial projects such as hotels, offices?
Yes, we recommend to use wear layer over 0.5mm vinyl for medium commercial projects.
3. What are the advantages of Vinyl floor?
For vinyl flooring, it has Natural and realistic textures, it’s termite free, dust free installation, easy maintenance, water
proof, environmental friendly, durable, price competitive, a perfect product for commercial use, such as hotels, shops, offices,restaurants etc., there are lots of patterns and styles are available, it can be stone design, wood design, metal design, carpet design, etc., and besides easy installation and replacement, the job site is ready to use right after installation, it leaves you extra time to finish your project. It could be installed over concrete, over existing subfloor, over existing ceramic etc., For ELIVIN vinyl floor, they are VOC （volatile organic compound） free, phthalate free as well.
4. Compare to Solid wood floor, solid wood floor is better or Engineered hardwood is better ?
It’s difficult to say which one is better, but they have different good aspects. For stability, Engineered wooden floor has better performance. For installation part, Engineered wooden floor is easier and various option on the installation method. For solid wood floor, as it’s milled from a single piece of wood, so you don’t have to worry about if the glue that using in the Engineered floor is certified, and if the formaldehyde will be high. For ELIVIN product, we required our products 100% following the European CE standard, which is E1 standard, and they are followed the US Carb 2 standard, which formaldehyde emission less than 0.05ppm. Japanese 4 star standard is available upon request.

No, it’s natural wood, so it’s not water proof, it has the character of how wood has, which is, expand while absorb moisture,
shrink while release moisture. And if it expand to a certain size, while you dry it back to it used to be, it might cause cracks
and splits on the floor.
