Eucalyptus is a lively veneer prized for the exotic, shimmering ripple effect in its grain. It's available in a wide range of colors in its natural state—as well as a rich chocolate-brown when fumed, replicating the look of rich African or tropical woods.

TIPS FOR WOOD VENEER:

Storage
Both naturally colored veneer and reconstituted veneer are made of wood and their moisture content can therefore vary depending on the storage and working environment. It is therefore advisable to keep the humidity in the range between 40% and 70% (RH) and a reference temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.

Warnings
Also temporarily avoid any contact with water and other liquids. Avoid condensation of moisture on the product surface. The product must be stored on a level surface at least 200 mm above the ground. Our wood veneer needs to be protected from direct and indirect light.

Application
Veneerhub Naturally colored veneer and veneer can be glued to all wooden supports using urea or hot melt adhesives. Different types of support need to be tested and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Sanding
After the veneering process, our wood veneer needs to be sanded to prepare and clean the surface for paint application. This operation must be carried out with sandpaper 120-150-180 grit in one step or in sequence with manual or automatic sanders. The use of 100 or 220/240 grit sandpaper is only recommended for special decorative effects.

Like all other types of wood, the painting process must be carried out with a suitable product that protects and preserves the wood as much as possible from chemical and physical deterioration (photo-degradation, thermal decay, etc.) as well as from mechanical scratches, dents, etc can. The best results are achieved by selecting, among the different product classes, those that have the following properties: high wetting performance - high yellowing retardation - high UV protection. For watercolors, it is recommended to use products that are stable at a moderately acidic pH (4-6), such as: B. specific products for acidic hardwoods.

5. What's your payment term?

Commonly we do T/T (30% deposit to confirm the order and start production, 70% balance   payment after shipment against copy of B/L), T/T can save much time and money than L/C,   but if it is relatively a big amount, we also can accept 100% irrevocable L/C.

6. When you can ship the goods out?

Usually we can make the delivery in 15-20 days after receiving your 30% advance payment,   but it may take few more days if we meet holidays, such as Chinese New Year Holidays. So we strongly advise you to place the order in advance to guarantee that you can get the goods and have enough stock.
