board, electric stage screen, power-driven controller and set of smart electric curtain mechanism and so on.
2.Q: Would you provide OEM brand or design? A: Yes, OEM products can be made according to your request. We also have our own
design team, so ODM is also welcomed.
3.Q: How long is the sample lead time? A: Sample lead time is three days if you don't need customization.The shipment takes around
3-7 days depend on your country and express company.
4.Q: How can I get samples? A: You need to make a sample order. The samples fee and transportation freight fee are on the
customer, while the samples fee can be refunded after you place one mass order.
5.Q: Where is your factory and what's its capability? A: Our factory and office are in the same building in Guangzhou China. The
top floor is the ofiice, and the rest floors are warehouse and factory. We can produce around 5000-7000 sets of motorized curtain
track per month.
6.Q: What's the payment? A: For an order less than USD10,000, 100% T/T. For an order value from USD10,000 to USD50,000, T/T 30% in
advance, 70% before shipping. For an order value more than USD50,000, T/T 30% in advance, 70% against S/O or L/C.
