5. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. However customer has to pay for the product cost and shipping cost. All the sample cost for item and freight will be refund in the official orders.
6. What about the delivery time?
A: Sample needs 7-15 days, mass production time needs 35-60 days for orders.
7. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
8. How do you solve the complaint from customer?
A: Find the key point of complaint firstly,take steps to solve it. If the mistake belong to us,we will bear all losses.

1).High Season(September to April): 35-60 days
2).Low Season( May to August) :around 35 days
