Production Description

The machine use the pump to pull the fresh fowl manure , cow dung , etc. into dewater equipment , the material through the screen and then press by the screw , the rotary speed of the machine can reach 45r/min , within the press of the screen and high rotary speed , the material will be dewatered by the machine , and the water will enter into the pool through screen. . after this machine , water contain in manure is less than30- 35%.The final product solid manure can be used as fertilizer directly.

Working Principle Of Animal Manure Dewatering

Working principle:
Sludge pump in the manure pits upgrade the original fecal residue to solid-liquid separator ,
the extrusion screw which is installed in the mesh will push the original fecal residue to move forward by 46 rev/min speed.
Dry product will come out from discharge outlet by pressing of cylinder. The liquid which is filtered through the sieve mesh will flow into the conditioning tanks.

Raw Material:

• Animal wastes , such as pig manure, cow dung, poultry dung, horse excrement and other kinds of animal manure;
• Bio-gas slurry , sludge gas and bio-gas fermentative residue;
• Manioc waste, tea slag, sweet potato waste, maize pulp, bagasse, medicine dregs, pulp fiber, paper pulp fiber, bean dregs, coffee grounds and so on.

Application Scope

The animal dung dewatering machine are widely used in livestock farm, slaughter house, Chinese medicine factory etc, for reducing the water content of poultry manure , acid-sludge , medicine dregs , kitchen rubbish and other dregs.
The solid content in the raw material can be around 30%, and the moisture of final product is about 40% which means you can not press out any water by hands.
