Storage/Expiry Date/Package:

(1) Storage: Use non-toxic storage method like the other products. Place the product in cool/dry environment, do not crash by sharp items.

(2) Standard package:

A. For the decorative film 50 m ² per roll with carton as case, 1 roll/case.

B. For the hot melt adhesive and TPU film with 100 yards-300 yards per roll, 1 roll/case.

(3) The expiry date of well stored and unopened product is ranged from 12 to 24 months, depending on different raw material of producing.

Attention:

(1) Sample testing is needed before massive production.

(2) DO NOT heat up at a temperature higher than the melting point of the surface materials otherwise it would be curve. Make sure the products are well sealed and stored in a dry storage facility, DO NOT leave it setting in a wet environment.

(3) This information is provided according to our normal operation experience, but it could vary due to factors like fabric/color/picture /processing procedure which are all out of our control.

Packing and Shipping

Packing details:

1. Normal packing for the hot melt adhesive film is 100-300 yards/roll

2. Normal packing for the TPU decorative film is 50m ² /roll

1. How do I learn about hot melt adhesive film and heat transfer vinyl?

(1) The hot melt adhesive film is a adhesive film with release paper. The film is solid in room temperature and it would melt when it is heated to its melting point, and it is used to bond many materials. Different materials of hot melt adhesive films have different performances and different usages.

(2) The heat transfer vinyl is made from PU materials with high eco-friendly performance. The vinyl is easy for cutting, weeding, and transferring to fabric and can be strongly adhered to fabrics, and it is durable for a very long time. Hence, it is very popular for DIY designs.

Yes, we accept OEM and ODM. We are a professional heat transfer material manufacturer, with accumulated experience in R&D and manufacturing.

3. How do you transport the products?

Normally, we would ship by sea because it is the cheapest method. For Western Asia, we will deliver by train. We could also follow the method you choose for transportation of the goods if possible.

4. Do you provide samples?

If you need sample of the product for your reference, feel free to let us know your fully address/ship

mode with courier, and we will arrange the sample for you.

5. How long is the delivery time?

For Sample, the delivery time is ranged from 3-5 days.

For Bulk, the delivery time is ranged from 5-7 days (depending on the order quantity)
