Q. What is your business style? Do you accept OEM & ODM service ?
A: There are several ways to do business with you, choose the best way to work with us:
1. OBM: Own brand LAMEDA and INBIKE keep stocks, you can become the distributor or agent of our brand.
2. OEM: all kinds of OEM products. Once you provide the design or samples, we can follow your advice.
3. ODM: all series of products designed all by ourselves are available. Logos can be changed to your brand name.
Q. If we would like to customize cycling wear with our design, what do you need from us?
A
: We need the vector file in the format of ai, pdf, or eps based on CMYK mode. If you have specific requirements on color, please note us the Pantone C color or CMYK code.
Q. Can I get samples from you?
A: We are honored to offer you samples for quality check.
Q. What should I do if I want to change the shipping address?
A: In these cases, different measures are taken
1. No order: Please edit your address in Account-Edit Profile;
2. Preparing order: Please contact the customer service to change the addresss(country cannot be edited);
3. Shipped order: The shipping address cannot be edited.
Note: Please confirm the address before sourcing.
Q. About sample order:
A: We accept sample order. If we haven't stock on your choosing design, we need extra sample fee and the lead time of sample,depends on your design.
Q. About delivery time:
A: Sample order: Within 3 to 7 workdays after receive the payment.
B: Bulk order: Within 15 to 30 workdays upon receipt of your payment.
Q. About shipping:
A: Usually we ship the goods via DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT. It is door to door service and shipping time is within 4-6 days, also if you want shipping by sea, it is ok too.
Q. About shipping fee:
A: If by direct freight express, the shipping and handing charge will depend on the weight and volume of the order and the location to which it is being shipped.

A: It's just a range, depends some things as the quantity, exchange rate, material price of the time etc...About the latest price,

A: When something happened in shpping to cause something broken, please inform us and take photo after you get the goods at the first
