A: Yes, we are factory and have own sale office. Our factory is located in Guangzhou Huadu District, 25 minutes away from
Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
2. Q: What is your mainly business?
A: We are specialized in OFFICE & SCHOOL FURNITURE, 99% products are exported to all over the world.
3. Q: Can we have our own LOGO and design made?
A: Yes. We accept customize.
4. Q:How to get the exact price, and do the price related to the quantity?
A:Make sure the model No. and size, quantity, material, or other possible requirements, you will get a better price. Quantity does affect the price. More information given from you, better price you will get.
5. Q:What payment terms you accept, and usually do?
A:We mostly do T/T payment or Western Union, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance before loading or after goods inspection.
6. Q:If we want sample, how much do we need to pay?
A:Sample is commonly charged in triple of unit price, excluding transport fee. And the extra fee over unit price will be redunded when buyer place large order.
7. Q:How long do I expect to receive the goods?
A:Depends your destination, and the production time. And delivery time maybe affected by holiday as well.
8. Q:Will you provide the assembly instruction?
A:Yes, we provide the assembly instruction. You can also consult us if any question when assembling.
9.Q:If we just want a trial order, not a full container, how to ship them, and what's the price?
A:Goods need to be shipped LCL. If you are not familiar with importing procedure from China, we can quote you CIF price, handling ocean shipment for you. What you need to do is make customs clearance and pick up goods from your local sea port. We also do door-to-door transport for small volume goods if you need.
