Q1) How do I get a fast response to products?
If you sent emails and want the quickest response for the details of our products, you can find another way that adds our trade manager or add our mobile number shown on the Alibaba page, because we have very fast talking tools such as WeChat, WhatsApp, Viber, Skype, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
Q2) How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know bottle material, bottle weight, pump size, cap material & weight, or bottle decoration
method, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
Q3) How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule for available mold products, it will take 3 weeks for us to produce your products. But if we have stocks for common items in common colors, we can ship immediately as you wish.
Q4) Can I have a custom-designed mock-up sample?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting designs from customers.
Q5)Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity being very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model, but we can help to do several colors for choice. It is recommended that you order a 20” GP or 40” HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
Q6) Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some items in stock, we can send them immediately. And for shipping charges, if you are a new customer of our company, please provide us with FedEx, DHL or TNT, or UPS account numbers for freight collecting. If You are our old customer, we can send free samples including express cost. If you want customized samples, we can fast making samples in 7 days based on reasonable sample charges.
